FHIRLight: Clinician-Centered FHIR Visualization
Lightweight FHIR bundle loader and multi-panel visualization with consent preview.
Why I Built This
FHIR payloads are rich and interoperable, but reading raw bundles is still cognitively heavy for clinicians and analysts. I built FHIRLight to translate technically correct data into views that are easier to scan, compare, and reason about under time pressure. The intent was to reduce friction between standards-compliant data and day-to-day clinical interpretation.
What It Includes
- Patient-level views for vitals, labs, timelines, pathways, and risk gauges.
- Global views for condition prevalence and multi-patient monitoring.
- Tutorial mode to help first-time users get productive quickly.
Data Layer
Powered by FHIRLightPatientLoader, which supports local bundle parsing and remote HAPI FHIR loading through Patient/{id}/$everything.
