| Oct 08, 2026 | I presented my first PhD poster at NEURONTO 2026. I gave 14 language models 450 real emergency cases from MIMIC-IV, once with the patient’s psychiatric history hidden and once with it shown. When the models saw the history, they linked it to the patient’s problem six times as often (39% vs 6% of plans), but their medical plan stayed the same. My research focuses on sycophancy in LLMs used for mental health support, and my PhD is supported by a Canada Impact+ Research Training Doctoral Award. |

Across 11,519 synthetic patient records, SHARES processed about 18,900 FHIR resources per second while keeping each full segmentation run under one cent. Read the paper. |
